This 4-star resort and spa is located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, 10-minutes from the downtown center. It features 2 championship golf courses, a luxury spa and wellness center, and a waterpark. The elegant rooms at Grand Geneva Resort feature a private balcony with panoramic views - not all rooms have a balcony (there are a few that do not). Each room has a refrigerator and 37-inch LCD TV. Grand Geneva Resort and Spa offers Dan Patch Stables on site where guests can enjoy horseback riding and seasonal sleigh rides. Moose Mountain Falls Waterpark features a lazy river, 2 waterslides and outdoor pools. The state-of-the-art fitness center offers a gym, 35-foot climbing wall and lap pool. There are indoor and outdoor tennis courts as well as basketball courts. Tesla charging stations are available onsite. Nice hotel, new kitchen servers...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Clean room. What I didn't like was the server brought my chicken sandwich out to me. Touched my bun and served the dish to me with his bare hands. Yikes!

Nice resort but overpriced for...

Liked: Rooms were very clean and updated. Property is well maintained.
Disliked: - For this level of “top end” resort, no bathrobes and slippers provided. In the rooms. Also Felt the spa treatments were very over priced for the amenities and services provided. Not a top end spa. Spa staff were courteous but didn’t provide a quick overview of the facilities like most high end resorts. Ran out of drink cups and didn’t replenish. The spa facilities were very small and not quiet and peaceful at all. But they also add on automatic 20% gratuity and then “ask” if we want to change it, which I thought was sneaky.
