Not worth the money

Liked: This property is slipping. It’s old and the room smelled moldy. Wasn’t very clean. The pool was overcrowded. We were very disappointed.
Disliked: Room wasn’t very clean. Smelled moldy. Very expensive for an underwhelming experience. Pool was too crowded. Won’t stay here again.

Liked: The hotel was very pretty and the room was very nice.
Disliked: We had an incident where my girlfriend accidentally left her white blazer on the bed. The blazer was the same color as the bed sheets so we didn’t realize we left it. When my girlfriend went to the front desk to check to see if they had her blazer, they were extremely rude to her. They were gossiping in front of her face and laughing at her. It was extremely unprofessional and for the price of the hotel unacceptable customer service.

It wasn’t the greatest. Disappointed!

Liked: It had a spa
Disliked: When I booked and called, I should have been informed that there was a dance competition going on. It was supposed to be a mother/daughter trip to enjoy, not have a bunch of kids running around. Really was disappointed. Also my daughter left her shoes in the 1st room we were assigned then had to move to another one since music was too loud by the to room. Asked front desk before we checked out to see if we can just check the room but the lady told us it was occupied which it wasn’t since the cleaning lady was cleaning it. Finally they found the shoes but was a big ordeal for no reason.

Great Surprise Mothers Day Trip

Liked: The resort was great and all around fun place. Wish we did few more days here. Definitely will do that in the future. The food, the staff, the room, and definitely the location.
Disliked: Not just wish we had more time here.
