Liked: The views of Chapultepec Castle are incredible. Rooms are nice size. Good amenities.
Disliked: Reception was understaffed. Long waits and disorderly process to check in. Lobby is tiny and loud. Hotel feels very dated, like 1980s dated.

Value received for amount paid...

Liked: Great location. Staff was nice. Rooms are nice. Bed was VERY comfortable. Air condition worked perfect. Had a view on the castle (which I paid for of course).
Disliked: The hotel’s infrastructure and level of ‘exclusiveness’ did not meet my expectations based on the rate I paid. The lobby was extremely small, giving the impression of a 2-star hotel rather than a 5-star establishment. Additionally, there is only one restaurant, which is overpriced and offers low-quality food. The overall decoration throughout the entire hotel (including public areas and rooms) appears outdated.In summary, my review is based on the value I received for the money I paid. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of my expectations, and I believe it was worth only half of the amount I paid. To clarify, the issue was not the cost itself—I simply felt overcharged for the experience.

Wonderful stay

Liked: The staff and venue is superb. They did all they could to make sure we were comfortable in every aspect, even borrowed a wheelchair for all our stay to help one of my family members.
Disliked: There is not one thing I can mention. We loved it all.

Desperately needs refurbishing.

Liked: Big bedroom, bed mattress was comfortable, although feels old. Cleaning was well done.
Disliked: The location, but actually my fault because I was looking for one near shopping malls/ stores. The rooms need refurbishing. The bathroom was dark, the closet door almost fell on me!Breakfast was weird - very limited food on the buffet table, no hot dishes at all! We were not informed we could order for eggs, sausages and they’re actually included.
