Excellent comfortable hotel in good...

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was excellent if you’re happy to walk a little bit.
Disliked: No kettle or tea bags in the bedroom and the air conditioning wouldn’t go any cooler.

Wonderful stay

Liked: The property is easy to reach by train, super close to the city center and the spa is amazing. The staff was really helpful and sweet and the breakfast buffet was good.
Disliked: We had a technical problem with our AC in our room, and maintenance came to check it. They left a fan in our room telling us that that’s the only solution they can offer. Only after talking to the reception and insisting that that’s not an acceptable solution were we offered a different room. It kind of disappointed me because it is a 5 star hotel, and our room was facing south, on a day with almost 30 degrees Celsius - I would’ve expected them to be forthcoming.

Liked: The hotel had excellent facilities and restaurants. Exceptional staff. The room was comfortable and larger than most rooms. We travelled with my son (7 years old). He loved the fish and jungle scape, along with the large avary. Some of the artwork on the top floor was not to my liking, however that is personal preference and I appreciate the hotel designers exploring difference and not choosing to blandly decorate the walls with uninspiring art etc.
Disliked: Just some of the art work as described above
