Terrible customer service

Disliked: I booked my trip through booking but was charged again when I arrived at the hotel. It's been over a month of calling back and forth fighting for the hotel to reimburse me for double charging me, but still have not received my money back. I'll have to turn things up a notch and get the law involved if I want to get my money back from their mistake.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

Liked: The room was very spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Disliked: Just a couple of things:The lack of fountains to drink. The towels by the pool were very small.

Superb

Liked: Very big rooms. Private parking lot. Good security. Good breakfast. Great location to everything and close to crayola. We had a very nice stay.

Very good

Liked: The location was great, we could walk everywhere we needed to go.
Disliked: Had to wait in the pouring rain for someone to open the door upon arrival. Noisy in the morning. Not very sound proof.
