Disliked: The furniture wasn't comfortable. No extra blankets. We echoed when we talked

Liked: The washing machine was a bonus. Kitchen was adequate.Whilst not where I expected to be rhe location was excellant close to theatres.
Disliked: Thought I booked the Grand Crown Resort however on checking was down rated to another facility associated with Resort.Checking took well over an hour with the volume of people checking in.TV in the condo could have been bigger.

I’ve been coming to Branson...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the washer/dryer in the unit.
Disliked: There are so many things: the 2+ hour wait to check in, the indoor pool and hot tub were closed and it wasn’t listed as such on the site and that was one of the reasons we chose this place along with the tennis courts that were listed on booking.com that didn’t exist, the noise level, the fact that the bedroom was at the front of the unit along the sidewalk, one rooms keys quit working after one night so had to go back to the office to get new keys, the one unit our adult children stayed in wouldn’t cool off so we finally called and the older couple in the adjacent room had flipped the breaker (huge safety issue I believe) off so they had no air conditioning at all during an extreme heat wave for the first two nights which we didn’t even know about until the day before we were to leave.

Liked: Loved the hot tub . The room was very clean.
Disliked: The shower head in bathroom. No water pressure at all. There was a family with kids above us that we heard all night long.

We loved Grand Crown. Swimming...

Liked: no breakfast. Location was excellent. Booking.com limited the rooms. Third party booking. Wish we had the rooms together but not possible with third party booking.
