Disliked: When we get to the property, they gave us the unclean room then they proceeded to give us another room to me. We should’ve got compensated for the miscommunication, but they didn’t and they had pushing people there trying to make you learn about the time share but was fast talking to you

Disliked: Very different from pictures. Very small. Minimal provided

Pool area was aamzing

Liked: when I booked, it showed a picture of a different unit. a bigger one. when I got there and checked in, it was a smaller unit. The manager got a recliner to us and that helped. just got to be more careful when booking.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: The concierge was pushy about having us go to a presentation for membership. When someone says I need to talk tk my wife, it’s not appropriate to ask why you think they will say. That was a big turn off and causes some anger. I was trying to be nice and not rude especially with others, guests and employees around. Please take the hint, especially when the answer is I’ll ask my wife multiple times.

Liked: The room and location where the only things we enjoyed after someone violated our privacy rights within the first 2 hours of checking in…
Disliked: The way we have been treated as if our Safety doesn’t matter making us feel like it’s because we’re black and gay. When asked they gave us the silent treatment letting us know exactly what this is about. Never had my privacy rights violated before

The staff was good and...

Liked: We were first put in a small apartment size, awfully small for four people with one being handicaped in a wheelchair, and they changed us to a bigger apartment with more room.
Disliked: We ask for a couple extra blankets, but never received them, but we made do and it was fine.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The furniture wasn't comfortable. No extra blankets. We echoed when we talked
