Very good

My fiance and I stayed...

Liked: Location was great! Tub was great after we figured out the leak, caused us to not be able to use it the first night though. Staff were amazing and kind. Room was pretty clean.
Disliked: We wished room service hours were a bit longer. We wanted to order breakfast on our last morning but we were worried about not getting it in time before checkout. We also had late night cravings and would’ve loved to order around 10pm. The shower curtain could be replaced.

Disliked: When we get to the property, they gave us the unclean room then they proceeded to give us another room to me. We should’ve got compensated for the miscommunication, but they didn’t and they had pushing people there trying to make you learn about the time share but was fast talking to you

Liked: when I booked, it showed a picture of a different unit. a bigger one. when I got there and checked in, it was a smaller unit. The manager got a recliner to us and that helped. just got to be more careful when booking.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: The concierge was pushy about having us go to a presentation for membership. When someone says I need to talk tk my wife, it’s not appropriate to ask why you think they will say. That was a big turn off and causes some anger. I was trying to be nice and not rude especially with others, guests and employees around. Please take the hint, especially when the answer is I’ll ask my wife multiple times.
