Disappointing

Exceptional

Liked: Loved the hot tub . The room was very clean.
Disliked: The shower head in bathroom. No water pressure at all. There was a family with kids above us that we heard all night long.

We loved Grand Crown. Swimming...

Liked: no breakfast. Location was excellent. Booking.com limited the rooms. Third party booking. Wish we had the rooms together but not possible with third party booking.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay. We received good discounts for the tickets to the shows we wanted to see.
Disliked: The people staying in the room next to us were a little noisy.

Needed a condo change.

Liked: New club house.
Disliked: When we arrived there was a man working on the windows. Front desk refused to move us to a different condo. We had to set in the front room until work was completed. They should have moved us to another condo.

Liked: Things were clean
Disliked: The actual room was in no way like the picture. Very outdated and worn. A dog barked the entire time and we were told they couldn't do anything until 10pm.

Uncomfortable due to the condition...

Liked: The gym & welcome center were the only clean areas on this property. DONT STAY HERE RUUUUUNNNNNN!!!
Disliked: This property needs a renovation bad. Carpet was disgusting, wall paper was from the 80s with built up dirt from the 90s. The couches were torn and probably a decade older than the carpet. The hot water stopped working twice. Reported the issue but no follow up or compensation for the continued inconvenience. Also the neighbors were loud as heck. I could never get comfortable because I couldn’t get over the fact the room was that filthy on top of the family next door children being loud until 2am every night.

Liked: The lady who checked us in was very nice Anita I think her name was. The layout of the room was nice
Disliked: The first room they gave us was very drabble looking and the sofa couch was broke and the mattress to it was falling apart. We had to pay to upgrade to a room that was like the one we was expecting it looked more like the room we wad told we was getting when we made our booking but it was very dirty. Blinds was piled with dust, freezer leaked into the fridge had to keep a towel in there. Dirty door boarders, dirty surfaces like had never been dusted. The bed was really hard and the pillows needed to be replaced, they had been through a washer and dryer a thousand times and were very old. The game room we came for was closed due to remodeling. Honestly we shouldn't have had to pay to "upgrade" just to get a decent room layout. They should be ashamed to call themselves a resort with run down rooms like that. We won't be staying again
