Good

Liked: My suitcase was carried upstairs for me. A nice extra
Disliked: Unable to connect to ABC TV. Initially receptionist denied problem, then admitted it could be a problem in my room.Air-conditioning didn't work as batteries were rusted in remote.The fact staff were on call 24/7 wasn't advertised. I would have called about TV as it was only 630pm.

Would not got back ever,...

Liked: Not much!
Disliked: No housekeeping service during a four-night stay is not acceptable. The reason given was that during holidays, the staff cost is too high. What a joke! We stayed because of the Easter Holidays! When we asked for an upgrade as compensation, they asked for more money! We did not bother.

A wonderful place to stay!
