Stay at Grand Central Serviced...

Liked: In a great location! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tidy with a clean ensuite, shared laundry and kitchen facilities were in good condition and it was an affordable accommodation for one night.
Disliked: No comment needed.

Cheap & cheerful, really convenient...

Liked: Proximity to Spark Arena for concert I was attending. Upgraded to king studio and given discount for genius level. Lots to see and do in the vicinity. Comfortable clean bed. Very helpful staff checked me in and showed me to my studio. Great heater in the room.
Disliked: Although the room was clean overall, there were lots of crumbs etc on the floor next to the mini fridge and the cleaners had obviously not cleaned that bit for some time. Inside the fridge was clean, as were bench, microwave, table. The dining chair covers looked a bit old and stained and need replacing.

Comfortable stay at Grand Central...

Liked: A nice large room with King size bed, it had a kitchen and sitting area and a modern Bathroom. It was cleaned every day, with fresh towels supplied and tea/coffee restocked. Good location and fairly quiet, with trains running at the back, this didn’t bother us. Amazing hall and entrance.
Disliked: The interior of the building is amazing but the corridors to the rooms need sprucing up.
