Can’t fault it

Liked: Fantastic stay as always.
Disliked: The room smelled distantly like a previous client had been smoking in it, but it had been dealt with well by hotel cleaners.

Liked: Fantastic location to Spark Arena.Right next door.Fantastic water pressure in showers.Rooms clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Restaurant not open till night time.Accommodation a dated - but very clean and is value for money

Liked: Excellent value in a city of overpriced hotels. My room with a private bathroom was quiet, well appointed, and very comfortable. Easy walking from Britomart Station and the city centre

Liked: Great stay as always. Impressed with the “Watch the Step” warnings newly put on the floor near the lip as you step into the bathroom.
