Great value for money

Liked: We went to a show at Spark Arena. It is literally around the corner. Incredible value for money. Everything was clean and our bed comfy. The room even had a heat pump/ air conditioning. Welcoming staff at reception.

A night at the Grand...

Liked: The location was ideal for our trip. Was very close to venues and City life. Finding out there was a kitchen to cook food I don't remember reading about that when I bookedThe shower had lovely pressure and water was always hot. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room 135. The little step into the bathroom should be painted on the floor, we all stubbed our toes before we saw a warning sign on the wall. The wardrobe was difficult to get in, the TV reception played up an the one window we could open had rubbish along the side of the building.
