We had a very restful,...

Liked: Everything in our room was pristine clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The valet parking was a great help for someone who was unfamiliar with the city.
Disliked: There was nothing we could complain about.

Very good

Liked: Great bar and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Lots of great amenities in the room like robes and slippers as well as lovely ESPA toiletries!
Disliked: The room was very cold and the heat wouldn’t work. Eventually got moved to another room at 1am which was lovely and warm. Very accommodating staff made this happen for us!
