It was a lovely relaxing...

Liked: The breakfast was lovely. Food was good and staff were nice.
Disliked: Everything was good, we didn't wish for anything else.

Grand Canal Hotel definitely meet...

Liked: Very helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, quiet location
Disliked: Could have done with air conditioning, as only a window that partially opened to ventilate.A small fridge would have been useful too.

Liked: Good location, nice staff, convenient bar and coffee shop
Disliked: The room smelled heavily of some flowery, perfumed cleaning product. I am not sure if it was used to cover a bad smell? Vomit or something? But whatever they cleaned with was so strong, so perfumed, it did not smell good at all, it stunk!!! I could hardly breathe, I was coughing and almost asked to have the room changed but I was too tired and decided I could bear with it. The noise from the bar was VERY LOUD!!
