Liked: This hotel is exceptional. All of the amenities were 10 out of 10. The staff was very helpful and kind. The atmosphere was top notch. The room was very clean and had a great view of the river. Having the river next to the hotel was great for picture taking and walking.

Overall a good stay but...

Disliked: No microwave in the room. Low water pressure in the shower. Controller for the curtains didn't work.

Liked: Stunning interior design with a private-lodge, old-money feel. Spotless and stylish throughout. The Native American art theme is authentic, including headdresses and blankets that look and smell rustic. Excellent location in clean, vibrant Greenville. The restaurant is high-end with gourmet dishes. Amazing in-room toiletries with signature scent. Polished managers and administrators, especially at frontdesj and restaurant. Hotel feels exclusive.
Disliked: Room with “view” had half the window blocked by industrial AC units. Staff kindly comped parking and breakfast to offset this. Lower-level staff varied—some young and untrained, others very professional but distant. Valet drove with trunk open. Public tours of hotel during evening killed the private feel. Guests’ attire often clashed with the elegance of the restaurant—suggesting a dress code would help. Property deserves more curated ambiance.
