Great place to stay. Staff super friendly. Room was fantastic. Comfy beds!

Liked: Excellent location for the Doctor Phillips Center. Valet service excellent. Omar serviced very good breakfast cheerfully.
Disliked: Too much air freshener. Also, there was no option for food after the show at Dr Phillips Center. Someone mentioned a maintenance problem. Also no room service available.

Disliked: Heavy check in due to Bocelli concert. Only had 2 front desk agents. Other than this it was a great stay

A lovely overnight stay at...

Liked: Rooms were lovely. We had a very nice city view. The security of the building was much appreciated, as was the valet parking. We had a drink after the show we attended and the bar was lively and fun.
Disliked: Everything was great! The only part was not being able to enjoy the wonderful piano music. By the time the show at Dr. Phillips was over and we returned to the hotel, the piano music was closed.
