Liked: I appreciated that the rooms around and above us was left unoccupied since the hotel was not full the nights we were there. I am happy to have extended hours in the pool for adults.

Liked: We were used to the breakfast at the hotel and now it’s a boxed breakfast, which was OK
Disliked: The hot tub was closed, but we were able to go next-door to Sugar Beach

Great Ladies Night

Liked: Our suite was amazing.. Plenty of room for our group of eight to gather for time together. We had five ladies in this suite and three others in another room. The suite was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Oh, and I loved the lounge bridge between buildings. What a great place to just relax and enjoy the view. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Decent stay, but I wouldn’t...

Liked: We had to wait longer than 4pm to check-in due to our room not being inspected my a manager after it was cleaned. We were traveling to TC from Charlevoix due to the power outages from the recent ice storm. We found lots of ants crawling all over our bathroom floor, so decided to pack up on day 2 and head to a different establishment in TC.
