Great location, fantastic views, superb...

Liked: Great location, amazing beach, and it has a very good restaurant. It is expensive because the area is expensive but overall the service for the cost is justifiable. The bar in the lobby is also nice and you can walk down the beach to other hotel bars and restaurants or to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the hotel and it was quite luxurious if not among the most luxurious hotels of the area.
Disliked: The second pool did not always had a pool attendant but there were always towels available and it was always clean and well kept.

Manager there has a nice...

Liked: It has been our second stay at the hotel.The valet forgot to switch off the car lights when we returned after diner and we had no battery the morning after… They had to use cables to start the car and it took easily over ber an hour before we could get our car back but only to drive home to Boca as we could not switch it off before driving for a while obviously.The manager there, haughty and condescending, parading at the front desk in his linen jacket did not even apologize for the issue. He did not recognize any responsibility in the issue whilst the car now runs and starts perfectly. This guy should definitely not manage anything and it was defenetely our last stay in this hotel!

Bad service for an expensive...

Liked: Unfortunately the hotel is not up to standard. Thé bathrooms are old. The bedrooms are pretending to be new and nice. The service is beneath everything. At 4.30pm our room was still not done. We had a bedroom for 3 and only had 2 towels. The sofa bed was not done but asked for several times. The concierge is also lacking precision and speed. It was an overall disappointment… especially for the price paid!
