Pleasant

Liked: The property was new and updated
Disliked: The services were not great. We had trouble with room service multiple times. On one particular day, I had to request for the room to be cleaned 4-5 times and we still didn’t get any service. However the front staff was nice enough to issue a refund on the resort fees for that day. That being said for the price of the stay, the services and amenities really were not up to the mark.

Liked: Luxury hotel, spacious and very clean family rooms, excellent service
Disliked: At the pool it felt less clean, and it is also small and rather crowded.The hotel is also far from central places, but that’s great for those who want peace and quiet

The property was beautiful and...

Liked: The property was perfect!
Disliked: The valet staff had the worst attitude and rude. They got bothered when we drove off or on the property. No customer service skills. Almost like they wanted us to leave.

Liked: Location, beach, hotel
Disliked: The sofa beds are very small; two people can't sleep there. The room was meant to be for four.
