Not maintained as it should...

Liked: I’ve stayed in the grand beach 9 times. Each time I find it gets a little worse. I like the location. But it needs to be maintained better
Disliked: The. Bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly. Also the shower head was spraying everywhere. There was no bath robes or hair dryer in the room. The TV by the beds didn’t work.

Liked: Rooms was very clean and spacious but not enough chairs and umbrellas on the beach! We had a very long wait on a waiting list! Very nast staff with a chip on their shoulder
Disliked: A long waiting list for chairs at the beach and nasty staff! I come to Miami for the beach- there should be enough chairs for each bed in the hotel!
