Superb place to stay. Great...

Liked: We were able to check-in early, the staff member was very polite & explained everything well. Breakfast was great. The hotel made us a breakfast snack box on a day we had a very early trip start (upon request). Nothing was too much trouble. The room was a great size, quiet, clean, it had a really comfy bed and a nice bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing wrong with the hotel at all ... Word of caution on taxis though: Reception ordered a taxi to get us to a trip rendez-vous point. The taxi drove the long way round (we had done the same trip previously, so knew the route) and therefore charged us double what we had expected to pay! Not the hotels fault but I'd book an Uber or Bolt yourself rather than rely on pre-booked local cabs!

Liked: A relaxing stay at an exceptional hotel. Everything was taken care of, the staff is really polite and helpful, Breakfast covers everyone's preferences. Safe parking space and excellent location in the city.

Fantastic hotel

Liked: We had a family room. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was superb and there was a wide selection and all incredibly fresh. In a great location with plenty of cafes, bars and eating places nearby. We really enjoyed the street food which was very close to the hotel. There was pilates in the hotel garden on Saturday which we all enjoyed. Fudge at reception was a nice touch too. Can't say enough about this hotel...it ticked all the boxes! Thank you!
Disliked: No English channels on TV.

I was there a week...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price was excellent, Breakfast was very good. My room was quite comfortable. Location was ten minutes from my conference and near the old city. Great for walking anywhere. Lots of nearby restaurants. on a one-way street which cut down on traffic noise. I will gladly go there again.
Disliked: no complaints
