Good

Liked: The bar and gym are great.
Disliked: I've never been to any hotel, let alone 5 star, that makes you order a spa service of $100+ in order to use the steam room, sauna etc. Every guest should be able to use these facilitates.

Liked: It is elegant. A taste of Europe in America. Grand. Love it!
Disliked: Liked all of it. Didn’t get to explore it all in my short stay.
