Liked: Location was perfect. Wasn't expecting valet, that was a nice surprise. The view was nice. Room was clean. We needed a wine corker the front desk provided one.
Disliked: Wasn't informed how to get ice for the ice bucket. For the price, info for breakfast, complimentary or otherwise would have been nice. We stayed 2 nights and the afternoon before the second night we were out and upon return our door was left open. The cleaning staff had been in, but the deadbolt was engaged and the door didn't shut. Our belongings were inside, and after a temporary panic attack everything was ok but ... very nerve wracking. At time of checkout we waited about 5 minutes for a staff member and got tired of waiting so we left room cards on desk. Room had a fridge & coffeemaker but not a microwave. That would have been nice to reheat leftovers from dining out.
