Exceptional

Not showy but excellent hotel...

Liked: Great friendly, efficient place, snack bar, nice lounge, excellent breakfast, quiet, great location (right next to the metro and near lots of cafes). Good WiFi.
Disliked: Nothing. The staff is very helpful and I've always had a good stay there. My flight got cancelled at the last minute and they were very accommodating about getting me another night in the same room.

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming front desk+ cleaning staff. Very accommodating and flexible to pull the extra bed down when required for our son.

Liked: Well located, close to a number of metro stations, quite side street, most of the main sights in Madrid within walking distance. Pleasant bar/restaurant which is well priced. Spacious and comfortable lounge area
Disliked: No tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Very good

Disliked: I found it difficult to walk up the stairs to get to the lift. It was very difficult when the key to my room didn’t work and I had to go back to get it fixed.
