Best hotel in Madrid

Liked: Ther service was great all the staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and the location of the hotel is great it's close to many things that are in walking distance.
Disliked: Nothing!

Great location and good facilities

Liked: Great location and good room. Mostly very helpful and friendly staff, although one evening we found the staff on the outside terrace a little stiff and rule bound.
Disliked: Quite expensive for this quality hotel but overall a good stay. The pool terrace was lovely but had one bartender who was surly and more interested in watching football on his phone than serving us.
