Disliked: I don't think the ventilation in the room, especially in the bathroom, was sufficient. The bathroom had almost no ventilation, which made me feel the need for fresh air. Also, I found the service to be quite slow. For example, the bathtub's drain cover in our room was broken, and when we called room service, no one came. We had to call again after 20 minutes. Similarly, when we requested water, it took a long time to arrive. Even at breakfast, the orders were served quite late.

It was a lovely stay

Liked: All in all it was a lovely stay. We had a couple of niggles - staff were not overly attentive at times in particular the roof bar and the restaurant at lunch time. Also the reserving of sun beds that weren't used all day for guests staying in a higher level room was a joke - such a small area and 3 double sun beds unable to be used.

Incredible hotel

Liked: The red level area was amazing with champagne and wine readily available from 1pm until 11. The room was spacious and the whole hotel smells incredible.
Disliked: Wasn’t keen on the area so much.

Liked: Location was great . Loved the garden and pool.
Disliked: Room was way too small at 420 euros a night I expected the room to be better.
