Sensational night in a gorgeous...

Liked: The staff were all exceptional from the minute we walked to the door, so friendly and attentive and extremely professional.It was my friend’s birthday and they surprised her with some fizz, a lovely card and a beautiful raspberry tart, made it so special.
Disliked: Nothing, the only thing was the pool was out of order but they were trying to repair it.

Liked: Super stylish, from the violinist in the lobby …. The aroma of the public areas was amazing. Very classy and definitely 10/10
Disliked: I would have preferred the assistance to select a better room option … but having said that it was still great !
