Disappointing

Liked: The room was not a family supreme room. It was not large enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Very misleading. It took us time to speak to the hotel staff. It was so disappointing. I m very disappointed at Booking.com misleading description. The images and 5 stars rating are not reflecting the quality, disappointing

Would highly recommend hotel given...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Disliked: Service can be a little slow however when prompted and reminded staff were quick to react.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Liked: We all enjoyed the proffesionalism and service from Daniel - one of the bar staff in the foyer. All the staff were excellent
Disliked: The pool being open.
