Disliked: Very poor management. Room was not prepared properly. Terrace was very dirty with bird poo. TV was not working. Phones in the room not working. We stayed in the signature room of the hotel, the presidential penthouse suite. A real let down for a LHW hotel

Disliked: I stayed here recently and want to share my honest opinion.Staff (5 / 5) – The best part of the hotel. Every employee was friendly, helpful, and professional. They made me feel welcome at all times.Room & Bed (1/ 5) – The bed was soft and uncomfortable, and the mattress felt cheap. I slept poorly each night.Bathroom (3 / 5) – Clean, but very basic. It did not look or feel like a five-star bathroom.Overall Quality – This property is closer to a three-star hotel, not five-star.Value for Money – I paid €650 per night, which is far too high for what I received. Based on other hotels I have used in Spain, I would say it is worth about €200 per night.
