Disliked: room too small for the price. room was too warm, unable to adjust via thermostat. payment demanded before seeing the room (should have been a clue). Parking 20 euro annoying.bathroom door didn’t fit the opening. shower outlet blocked so tray overflowed.dinner - prawns dirty on salad starter. the glass of wine should have had the sediment filtered out of it.breakfast charge 13 euros each but very poor offering on the buffet. we turned around and left.

Liked: Excellent location near the beach ,local restaurants and casino . Public transport was regular with easy access to the city centre ,train and bus station. The hotel has a welcoming bar and relaxing public area . Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: I did not like that the hotel did not provide coffee and tea making facilities in room .

Liked: Located a mile or so from Ferry port and Town.Comfortable Hotel with nice restaurant That serves a delightful dinner at a very good price.Breakfast or just a coffee is available.
Disliked: £20.00 garage fee per night.

Liked: Gran Hotel Victoria in Santander City, North of Spain, has beautiful views of the" Sardinero" Beach from every verandah.Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great!The Hotel gives you a very warm welcome.
