Liked: Lovey room. Spotless. Great location. Friendly staff. Didn't try food so no comment.

Liked: Good rooms, great location across from the ocean, overall clean
Disliked: The staff isn't very friendly—no one smiles. In the morning, we went to breakfast; there were five of us. It wasn’t easy to find one table for all of us right away. We asked a waiter for help, and he just muttered, “Sit wherever you want.” The remaining free tables weren’t even set. In the end, I had to walk around and collect knives and forks for us myself. And overall, there were a few situations like that.

Good quality and convenient hotel...

Liked: Very smart looking hotel in good location. Good sized room with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. Good secure parking.
Disliked: Only disappointment was that breakfast was very busy and selections could have been better.

Great location shame about the...

Liked: The location of the hotel is on the promenade, we had a room at the front and there wasn't any noise at night so we were not disturbed, mind you that could have been due to the comfort of the beds which are exceptional. The decor of the hotel was inviting and the room was very spacious.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor there was one member of staff undertaking all of the breakfast duties, clearing the tables, replenishing the buffet, taking the guests room number etc. this member of staff was polite and professional when asked for something that was missing on the buffet. There was another member of staff who came to help but she went back into the kitchen and was chatting. Also there aren't any facilities for making hot drinks in the room this is conducted through room service or going to the Cafe and getting it yourself. Again this area was under staffed so we were unable to have a hot drink in our room! Disappointing.
