Liked: The photos on booking.com were great
Disliked: The room i got did not match, we did not stay and we paid for another hotel , the room was very dark with a tiny window

Nice hotel, great location, unhappy...

Liked: Location was great, the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: Parking is pricey and staff not friendly (none of the people working there smiled at all. They all seemed unhappy and bothered when asked a question)

Liked: Fantastic location, lovely hotel. Rooms v comfortable and clean. All staff friendly with a couple of exceptions but overall very helpful.

Liked: Location was fantastic, right across the road from the beach. Lovely, clean bedroom. Lobby area was beautiful
Disliked: Nothing - it would be nice if there was a pool or spa area, but we knew before traveling that there wasn’t so not detracting any points for that!

A smart corporate hotel with...

Liked: Property is right on the sea front in the beach area of Santander- it’s a smart hotel with helpful staff.
Disliked: It’s expensive compared with other stays in the Cantabria area and it’s very corporate. Also for a hotel that trades on its sea connection there was little flexibility in check out time or services such as a shower in a gym where you could use the beach on the day you check out.
