Liked: So easy and close to the airport and my family - always offers value for money
Disliked: Sometimes the bedside lighting needs checking - bulbs and connections aren’t always as good as they could be.

Great Hotel, perfect location

Liked: Great hotel, very clean and staff very pleasant. Definitely worth the upgrade to sea view.Location is beautiful, in the nicest part of Santander. Bars and a few restaurants close by. Bus stop and taxi rink into the Center outside of the Hotel. Lovely walk about 40mins.
Disliked: Breakfast is nice but food needs to be kept warmer. Tea and Coffee in the rooms would have been better.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: First I really liked the easy to use underground parking facility accessed via a lift. The reception staff were welcoming and the porter took our cases to our room. The room was larger than expected, with sufficient storage space for our clothes. The bed was large and comfortable. Good WiFi. Quiet. The breakfast has a good range of hot and cold foods. Meals in the cafeteria are also good. Hotel is situated by the beach. Plus there are bars and restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Would have liked a kettle in the room to make an early morning drink.
