Disliked: Beds were too high - had to be extra careful that our little ones were not going to fall

Peaceful, idyllic hotel

Liked: This is a real gem, located on a hillside overlooking Santiago. It's peaceful and tranquil. The family room was on two levels and very comfortable. Basketball court entertained the kids and there's also an outdoor swimming pool.
Disliked: Nothing.. only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Liked: Spacious room, very clean, great parking, easy to find, lovely bath with lots of hot water, great for easing aches and pains post camino walk
Disliked: A bit further out from the old City than we thought, the shuttle bus from the hotel doesn't run on Sundays. Lighting in the room was very low.

Excellent Room and Location, fantastic...

Liked: The room is excellent for that price, also the location and views. Fantastic Gardens. Also the free transport to town and proximity to the airport make much easier the stay. Ideal for couples, highly recommended.

Amazing view, amazing service, we...

Liked: We got a villa instead of a double room, with a living room and room included, very pleasant surprise :)
Disliked: The fact that there's no pedestrian entrance to the hotel situated in a town which brings you loads of walkers. We had to walk on the side of the main roads near a highway with no lights or pedestrian way.
