Decent but quite expensive

Liked: The room i got in the renovated building after i requested a change, was quite ok. Modern and specious. Clean. The lobby and the sitting area are very spacious and nice. The overall setting of the hotel is nice for a getaway since its not in the city.
Disliked: The hotel is a refurbished old building. Not all parts of the building are renovated. I initially got a room in the old part and it was musty, dark and very old. Only after i mentioned i didn’t book that room they change it. Food in the restaurant is average. The front desk not always friendly and the hotel is not in Santiago - you need a taxi to go to the city. Too expensive for what it offers.

Liked: Very nice hotel, the shuttle bus to city centre was very helpful.

Liked: The view from the room was nice. The shuttle service was quite convenient to get to the city centre.
Disliked: The front desk staff wasn't friendly and welcoming.The hotel needs more double beds. The staff told us that there are just 8 rooms with double beds in the entire hotel, which isn't comfortable for families.

Liked: Lots of space and big bed
Disliked: It was dark and the bed was hard
