Liked: Beautiful building and lobby and room, we were travelling with little kids so the closed-door common room down the bottom with free snacks and drinks was wonderful, right with a view of the zocalo. The restaurant buffet on the rooftop terrace was also lovely. It's right in the middle of the CBD - a very busy and touristy spot but close to some important historical landmarks.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart...

Liked: I loved the building. It was probably the most beautiful hotel I've stayed in. The architect is gorgeous. It truly feels like you've traveled back in time. Their restaurant has a great breakfast spread with an incredible view of El Zocalo.
Disliked: There was a miscommunication when it came to picking up out clothes for laundry service, so half of it was not done. It was a mild inconvenience. Also, the location is beautiful but a huge pain in the butt to get in and out of if you plan to visit other areas of Mexico City. It was extremely noisy at night. Our room was right above a main street, so I suggest you avoid those rooms if possible. I probably wouldn't stay there again only because it's an extremely busy part of Mexico City. But I'm glad I had the experience.
