Lived up to its grand...

Liked: The view and breakfast were great! The interior of the hotel is stunning, and the rooms have spacious bathrooms. They even had a nice welcome treat for us waiting in the room. The bellhops are extremely helpful.
Disliked: Our standard room was comfortable but not as elegant as the rest of the hotel.

Would love to come back…..soon

Liked: Excellent location walking distance to all the historic sites.Attentive staff , terrazzo restaurant has the best views of the plaza

Liked: The hotel is exceptionally beautiful. It is centrally located so many places are within walking distance. We absolutely loved it!

The hotel is beautiful. Although...

Liked: The room was beautiful. Although we our 1st night we lost power in our bedroom but still had power in living area. Again we had a tour to get to, they arrived about 10 minutes later and took over 30 minutes to fix. We missed our tour. We were able to rebook for the next day.
Disliked: Our first night after checking in we go to the restaurant on top. We wanted something light. We both order the Caesar salad mine shrimp my husband with chicken. Only to be told they had no Caesar salads. They offer 3 different ones, had none? The other 2 salads available were not to our taste.Room service food cold and got the order wrong, even though they called to confirm order. It was too late when they arrive to change it (had a tour to get to).
