Best place in Mexico City...

Liked: The hotel is centrally located and has a beautiful interior. The staff were very friendly particularly the door and bell staff. It also has a well stocked guest cafe room.
Disliked: It can be a little difficult for vehicles to get to the hotel as it’s in a mall.

Loved!!!!!

Liked: As soon as you arrive to the hotel you are greeted by the bellman, who are dressed in an antique uniform. Wonderfull staff, accurate information with our rooms and reservations. They inmediately invite you to the lounge that has an Amazing view of the Zocalo. The main focus is the architecture of the hotel, that beautiful vitral is the main character of the space. Loved it all!!!!
Disliked: The streets to get there have a lot of traffic, but honestly it was not a problem with this central location and how beautiful the space was. As soon as you arrive to the hotel makes you forget it.
