Superb

I did not have enough...

Liked: Great hotel. Walked in from the street thinking this hotel is gonna be way over my budget. But to my surprise, it was right in my budget. Front desk reception on point nighttime clerk so friendly and helpful and accommodating was absolutely phenomenal. Received the best customer service in all of Spain.
Disliked: The elevator was small, but I can live with that! I could not think of another bad thing to say about this hotel

Liked: Loved the location, Very convenient, close to everything you need and main locations.
Disliked: Everything was good yet seems few things could be. Slippers quality, water bottles at-least one bottle per client everyday. Lotion in the toilet? After All it’s a 4 stars hotel.

Liked: Location was very coinvent to all the main tourist places around the gothic area. Room was nice a big and was spacious with the extra bed. All the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, willing to either call a taxi or recommending places to eat and go to during our stay.
Disliked: Downside our TV was not working, it seemed that the TV kept cutting in and out. Front desk had attempted to fix it during the stay but still did not work very well during the stay.
