Liked: This is a decent hotel with a good location near the university. The room was good sized.
Disliked: Overpriced for what you get. Hotel is old without many upgrade or amenities (especially for the price). Rooms have thin walls and you can hear the neighbors, especially in the bathroom

Disliked: Broken window- actual chunk of glass missing in rm 1101. Soap was so old it was stuck to the box and soap itself was stained.

Liked: Location was the best part of it.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, but long wait to get food.Rooftop bar was crowded and noisy. We should have been advised to make a reservation.Bathroom was small.They could have provided a larger bottle of bottled water in the room.Outside ventilation fans were noisy when trying to sleep.

I will not recommend to...

Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the room for three nights. The property did not change the room or fix the air conditioner. Rather gave two fans that did not fix the problem at all.

Liked: I loved literally everything about this hotel. Staff was exceptionally nice. My room was great and the view was exquisite. The coffee shop is great and the rooftop bar is first rate.
Disliked: NOTHING. It was great.

Great hotel, but beware of...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and funky art Deco styling. Rooftop bar was awesome but shame the $15 gratuitous drink voucher was added onto the bill as a convenience fee.
Disliked: Disliked the dishonesty by the Hilton Chain regarding gratuitous $15 drinks voucher added onto bill as a convenience fee. Left a bad taste.
