Rooms were roomy and clean; personnel and staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is probably a one-off...
Liked: It was comfortable and convenient.
Disliked: The pool was closed, the bathroom fan vent was loud and came on with the bathroom light, the toilet refilling was loud, and the elevators were badly dysfunctional. The elevator had to be manned to function, and to travel from our room to the lobby required a call to the front desk first. Additional time had to be allotted, not knowing how long it would take to come to our floor. The valet dropped the ball getting our car, requiring a second request for service, causing us to be late for our dinner reservation.

Superb
Liked: I always love the Graduate brand - it was a no-brainer to book this spot. The hotel was slammed the weekend we stayed; three different wedding parties were there. When we arrived, Jason at the front desk noted they were oversold, and he generously upgraded us to a suite. It was HUGE - two bathrooms! AC was cold, bed was firm, and the suite set-up met our needs. Loved it!The room was obviously a win, staff were friendly, and the location fit well within our plans. A great stay!
Disliked: One note: at least in the suite, there were no convenient outlets at the bed. That just is poor planning and should be easily rectified.

Liked: We often stay here because of the location when seeing a show. This was our last time. Quality has plummeted:(
Disliked: Customer service was non-existent. At check out, the concierge was completely passed out. We had to aggressively call out to her in order to wake her up so our car could be returned to us. I honestly did not feel comfortable having her drive my car which she drove in the dark with no lights on (5:45am). We always tip $20. This time I did not because of what I just described. I then received 3 texts requesting to tip the valet which was comical.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They did not have my room that I reserved available. They made me wait 1 hour at 6:30pm to tell me this news. Then they took another 30 minutes to cancel the reservation. Customer service is awful.
