Liked: The room was exactly as we expected and the overall vibe was cool
Disliked: House keeping sucked! We checked in and they had not refilled any of the bathroom soaps and we went out for 8hours the next day getting back at 6pm and the room had not been serviced. When they did service they then left us with one towel

I think the “amenities fees”...

Liked: Comfy bed, with really cute decor
Disliked: On the app we were told there would be breakfast from 6am-10am that wasn’t true. Also they said there suppose to be “welcome drinks” that also wasnt true. We never received a welcome drink of any kind. Lastly the drip coffee is also not included. There is an instant coffee in your room but that is not the same as a drip coffee and hardly worth the extra $25 a night your spending as an amenities fee. I was ok with spending the extra money for the fees but we didn’t get a lot of things that were stated in the details. Rooms didn’t have a microwave, but they had a mini fridge. Location was good. Far enough from broadway but that close enough to still enjoy it. Walk was a bit far but the Ubers were around $10 to get down there. Only thing I’ll note is it’s pretty high price point and your right next to a hospital so the sirens all night were not that enjoyable to listen too. Overall if you want a super cute space to spend your Nashville trip at then I’d definitely book this place but i know you can definitely find something a little cheaper with just as comfortable beds and more amenities. Also you can access most of the cute places on property besides the rooms if you visit “white limousine” so staying on property is definitely not necessary especially because you don’t get any perks with any businesses on property. Oh lasty the karaoke bar/additional restaurant is only open Thursday-Saturday. Wish we were told when we arrived because we arrived on Saturday decided to check it out on Sunday for a little night in but they were closed.

Not worth the price.

Liked: His hotel is clean and decorated very cute. Everyone was very friendly.
Disliked: It seemed like you were paying for the decorations. There was nothing extra special about this hotel other than the decorations on the walls and in the rooms. We couldn't check in until after 4:00 p.m. And we had to check out by 11. :00 a.m.. If you wanted an early check-in or a late checkout, it was an extra $75 each, which is insane. There was no free parking. You had to pay $55 a night to park and you had no choice but to use a valet. Also, I thought this hotel would be closer to the strip on Broadway but we still had to get an Uber to get to where we wanted to go. If I had it to do over again I would pay for a hotel much closer to the center of town for a cheaper price and probably better amenities.

Nice hotel UNLESS you have...

Liked: Quirky and interesting interiors.
Disliked: Bedding had wrong sized protectors, eg 4ft for a 6ft bed , which left an uncomfortable ridge down either side where you slept. Protector badly stained with period blood, was changed after we pointed out, but no proper apology, a promise of an email with compensation to follow……nothing!!!! So no thing to even try to make us feel better… a bottle of wine. Felt they really didn’t care! Tough , we had stained bedding.
