Good value; would stay again.
Liked: Very friendly staff, great location & comfy bed & pillows.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like (& reported to 2 reception staff) was that there was debris caught between the top of the dresser & the glass that was on top of that. Easy to see, gross to look at, & a 2-person job to clean. Surprised me seeing that in a Hilton.

Liked: The public areas are really cool and visually interesting, and the desk & bar staff were always excellent.The location is great, an easy walk to fun stuff in town.Read the fascinating photobook in the lobby bar about the Graduate brand and all the thought that goes into each hotel!
Disliked: The room decor is not to my taste at all & almost put me off staying. The pictures are representative, so decide for yourself. The camo carpet with red never grew on me one bit, but the rest is cool.The TV despite being modern did not have any smart functions, youtube netflix etc - just cable(?). Bring your own entertainment and HDMI...

It was ok.
Liked: bed was comfortable, the room was ok, but the phone handpiece/ transmitter didn't work so I couldn't talk to the front desk. Location was ok, but not walking distance to the University.
Disliked: The toilet paper was terrible. At these prices for the area, breakfast should be included. I didn't love the decor.

Best hotel stay in Fayetteville!
Liked: Amazing location and themed UARK decor. I love hanging out at the bar, grabbing a drink and watching the game. The hotel and rooms are decorated in a school spirit fashion - love it!
Disliked: Something was wrong with the air conditioning in the room. It was very warm and every time it turned it was noisy and would wake me up. I tried turning on a constant fan, but it wasn't working. Additionally, I was placed in a handicap accessible room, so while the room was spacious, the bathroom and layout was a little weird.
