Great location. Very convenient to Monticello and other points of interest. Room was large and nicely furnished but could have used another chair and table. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

The room was very large and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. I would stay there again.

Liked: The staff was excellent and they made every effort to make our stay positive.
Disliked: We had a little plumbling problem and the service for standard TV stations was very poor.

Liked: Location was great and comfortable room

Liked: Room was efficient but dated. No robe. I ordered food Tuesday evening at the rooftop bar and your bartender, Jordan, is amazing.
Disliked: Cleanliness was sub-par. Dirt in the cracks of the chair, trash under the bedskirt, sheets not pressed. I know the last one is a stretch, however, crisp clean white sheets on a hotel bed are amazing and when it's creased and wrinkled, it's definitely noticeable! Food at the rooftop bar was sub-standard. Wrong order, overcooked burger, dirty plate, melamine ramekin. For the price paid, the value proposition was inequal. Disappointing.

Liked: It was nice for a quick night in Charlottesville. Nice location - walkable to many places.
Disliked: It seemed a little bit run down. I think at one point there were neon lights on the wall in the main lobby/cafe area, but they werent there. I found a bandaid on the chair in my room. Stains on the carpet.

Fun place to stay when...

Liked: The theming of the hotel was consistent and well-executed, and the room comfortable, quirky and immaculately clean. The bathroom was particularly spacious and the bed large and comfortable.
