Lovely relaxing break

Liked: Gorgeous location. Great large room, quiet and clean
Disliked: Cost. I was overcharged by £3 on the advanced payment versus the checkout invoice. I emailed but got no reply. Only £3 but it took a lot of my savings to pay for this break so I I found the non response rude.

Liked: The location and property are great!!
Disliked: The housekeeping is PATHETIC! Our room was not cleaned properly for the three days that we were there. The floors were not cleaned at all. If we dropped a wrapper, it stayed there for 3 days! The bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned. The bed wasn’t made. We complained three times and the receptionists couldn’t be bothered. They pretended to care and help and then did nothing. If you are paying 350 pounds for a room at a Hilton Hotel, you expect good customer service and clean rooms!
