Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff...

Liked: Faultless service from the staff who were so friendly and couldn’t have done more for us. Even gave us some Prosecco to celebrate my birthday and a room with a river view. Beautiful bar by the river Cam to relax on a sunny day. Very quiet hotel and comfy bed. EV charging points on site. Easy walking distance into the city.
Disliked: Some small cleaning issues in the room - small hairs by the side of shower and in the shower and a plastic tag by the bed. Shower door difficult to close and shower gel was facing the wall which meant it squirted down the wall when trying to use it. Nothing too major though and would stay again.

Fun hotel in a great...

Liked: A fantastic hotel featuring a pool, conveniently situated near the city center, the old town, the river, and all the universities. Excellent restaurants and bakeries are just a short walk away. It was an ideal base for exploring Cambridge and touring several universities. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel, which offered classic English breakfast options. We also made use of the pool, which was lovely, and enjoyed the added bonus of a sauna.
