Great position in Cambridge

Liked: Loved the position, the areas around the bar, lounge and the chairs on the river bank were great.Also having the car park next door was a bonus.
Disliked: Room was a bit small even though we had a Super King Room.

So nice to be able...

Liked: cool Cambridge student vibe, bar, restuarant and fixtures and fittings
Disliked: Cramped reception area. too small for size of hotel. we were offered the potential of an upgrade, which didn't transpire, so ended up being a bit disappointed. also we thought we had booked a king size bed, that turned out to be 2 x queen size beds - which is not really what you want when you are on your anniversary. i asked at reception if they could help, was happy to pay for a better room, but no better rooms available.

Liked: Staff welcoming, bar was great and nice seating area outside next to the water.
Disliked: TV did not work in our room. They did give us the opportunity to change rooms but it was late and we had unpacked. However, the complimentary bottle of fizz was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.
