Liked: When I arrived at the hotel I wanted to go read on the roof by the pool. The girl at the desk, told me the pool was open. When I got in the elevator a manager noticed I looked lost and basically laughed in my face when I said I was looking for your rooftop space. He said that area is closed. I told him it’s the only reason I booked it. He said I should get my money back bc they closed that area and took all the info off the website. The toilet in one of the rooms was broken. It would not stop running. I couldn’t take a photo of that. Unfortunately I do not have photos of the pillow case with makeup on it or dirty carpet. I have NEVER left a hotel before. Your site has great reviews and is completely misleading. ALSO THE HOTEL IS NOT IN A DESIRABLE AREA. CHECK REVIEWS ON OTHER WEBSITES.

Overpriced Hilton Garden In

Liked: I liked the valet service
Disliked: The cost did not match the hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is more along the lines of a Hilton Garden Inn (I have no problem with Hilton Garden Inn if that's what I'm paying for) that got new paint and "boutique" wallpaper. And the painting wasn't done well. The carpets were not vacuumed in the common areas. There was food and dirty towels in the hallway.

So roomy, will definitely stay...

Liked: The family suite was incredible. A large room with a door and large bathroom and TV, and then the living room had bunk beds and another full size bathroom and a TV. Made traveling as a family so much easier.Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
Disliked: The food offerings at the restaurant were minimal. And the grab and go downstairs was mostly fancier items.
