Liked: My husband and I were in Providence to visit with our niece at Brown. We loved staying at this hotel! Clean, comfortable, well-located, and amazing interior design! The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

Liked: Shower head was broken, parking was very confusing and did not explain parking fees (which are extremely high) upon check in. Rooms were lightly cleaned but bathroom was dirty and overall not a great experience but not awful
