Liked: Great location and a lovely setting. The coffee shop and bar were welcome additions.

Liked: Everything I expected from this stay came true and even more. It really has the old charms that you'd expect from a hotel next to the old and honorable Yale Campus. I'd love to go back to new haven just to stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Lovely decoration. Spacious rooms.
Disliked: There is little space to sit downstairs and food options are very limited. This is only a place to sleep.

Disappointed with their management.
Liked: My dislike is much larger than my like. I would rate them 0 if possible due to their irresponsibility in managing their own book keeping.
Disliked: They double-charged me for one room. Front office personnel is useless. The front office manager did not respond to the request for a refund through email or phone—a disgrace to the hotel industry. Never come here again, ever.
