Excellent stay for a short...

Liked: I liked the location because it was located a bit further away from lower Broadway so the location was quiet. The decor and rooms were lovely and eye-catching. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like that the pool amenity is an extra cost as it is owned by an outside company other than Hilton. In addition, I did not like that there were not a lot of food options in the hotel.

ITs beautiful but becoming too...

Liked: The vibe was awesome. Its decorated ever so beautifully and everything is clean. Quick and cheap uber rides everywhere.
Disliked: Wanted to go upstairs to use the bar or the pool you have to pay. a lot. It was $150 for a girlfriend and I to use the pool and that is not a credit. Which is ridiculous since we were guests and nobody was out there.

We had a great time...

Liked: It was darling! So cute- lots of photo ops. Most of the staff we encountered were very nice!
Disliked: It was very expensive and having to pay for the pool seems crazy.

We loved all the feminine...

Liked: The atmosphere and attention to detail. Visiting this place was a bucket list and didn’t disappoint
Disliked: The elevator was not easy to operate

Perfect stay - wish it...

Liked: LOVED our 1 night stay here, possibly one of the cutest and prettiest hotels I have ever seen, with a super comfy bed. When we were on route I realised to my horror I had accidentally made the booking for the night before, but when we arrived the receptionist bent over backwards to help us, and was able to reinstate our booking at no extra charge, so we were eternally grateful.Hotel is spotlessly clean, lovely rooftop bar and pool with great cocktails, amazing food in the restaurant too and all the staff we encountered all provided exceptional service.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Lovely decor but will overcharge...

Liked: Decor, one of the receptionist a young female was great.
Disliked: They tried to over charge me with my check out bill, wasn’t until afterwards when I questioned it they realised they made a mistake. They told me the money would be refunded to me and now a month later I’m still chasing the money and the response rate is abysmal!
