Liked: Beautiful hotel to stay at. Location sensational. Staff totally obliging for all requests. Cleanliness a highlight.
Disliked: Our room size was too small, but we managed quite ok. We loved the atmosphere, of the Hotel, and the courteous & respectful staff.

A charming hotel in a...

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. Location can’t be beat—five minute walk to the lake one way and downtown Evanston the other way. Room was charming and comfortable. Sitting on the veranda was lovely.
Disliked: During my visit, the hotel was transitioning to Hilton accounting systems. One result was that restaurant and bar expenses could not be charged to the room. Annoying.
