Liked: The staff did not tell me that there was a public lot next to the hotel when I specifically askedif there was one. They told me to park in the hotel parking lot and charged me an exorbitant amount for an overnight...it was free next door. If I did not ask, that would be a different conversation, but I did ask and was still told to park and pay which I found egregious. In general, the front desk staff was not very warm and welcoming.
Disliked: I would pick a better person for the front desk. Someone with better social skills.

Liked: Loved the location, the service in the bar area and the food.
Disliked: In the room the HVAC unit was very loud.

Disliked: lots of noise from unsupervised kids playing basketball on the 2nd floor’s playground. The balls are soft but kids were noisy. extremely expensive considering the very noisy aircon, facilities and decor. poor value for money

Disliked: Having to pay $27 to park in the hotel parking lot per day. Not having a Kerig coffee maker in room or a microwave

Bad

Disliked: Staff was disorganized, front desk was helping multiple check ins and others walking up and interrupting with questions all at once with only one attendee. The employees had not been trained in the cafe and were arbitrarily serving some and not others, rude, disheveled and dirty. This is a service industry to service the clientele in a neat, clean and orderly manner.They have missed the mark.
