Just ok

Liked: I liked the closeness to downtown and the staff was super kind. Cost did not include breakfast and parking.which was not clearly defined in description.
Disliked: Clearer description of room and extra costs

The Graduate is always a...

Liked: Great location and room with a good view. Convenient to Art Fair activities and restaurants.
Disliked: Only one bar of soap. No hangers for clothes or towels. Not friendly check in. A room was not ready when we tried to check in at 3 (even though we requested early check in). Other guests were checking in at the same time. We were told we would get a text when our room was ready. We never received a text. We finally tried again at 4:30 and their was a line and different staff working.

Liked: love the hotel, beautiful decoration, friendly staff and perfect location to visit U Mich

Disliked: The room was an unwelcoming and uncomfortable 60 degrees on a cold rainy day and the WiFi did not work.
