Liked: I expected a complimentary breakfast?
Disliked: I wish I had known about peloton bike at facility! I tried to reserve a time for fitness room at 7am and it was booked until 6 pm. I understand COVID restrictions but this was disappointing

Beautiful. Safe. Kind & professional...
Liked: The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. We had never been to Ann Arbor and they were helpful with directions and food recommendations.
Disliked: The $30 for valet to park the first night and no parking at all available in the neighborhood. That?s on management. The staff was awesome.

Superb
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was so cute, and my boyfriend liked the art. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: My only complaint is a lack of a mini fridge in the room. Since we can't eat out in many restaurants because of covid, it would have been nice to have a place to stash out leftovers.
