Liked: Service was far better than we expected. Staff was very courteous and helpful, we got several good recommendations for dining within walking distance. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing major, just little maintenance issues such as handle to the shower was loose as was the handle to the refrigerator cabinet. The handle to the bathroom door came off. Nothing that ruined our stay, just noticeable.

Liked: Great restaurant with up north supper club feel. Very cool university vibe.
Disliked: Nothing except for the construction that was going on next door.

Liked: Extremely clean property. Loved the atmosphere. Room decor was luxurious. View from premium king room amazing. All employees 10+ for customer service. Will definitely book again.
Disliked: The attached Supper Club was good. Pricing was spot on for a restaurant like this however service was a little slow and they forgot some of our meal. However what we did eat was delicious. If you don't mind spending money give this place a try.

Liked: The staff was very helpful, pleasant and attentive. We came in late and had some delicious cocktails at the bar. They have a coffee/quick breakfast bar in the lobby. We grabbed some tasty cinnamon buns and fruit before our meeting.
They have redone a building to give it a period flair. It was fun looking at all the different touches.

Liked: the location is perfect for a visit to the University. The lobby is a busy, happy place. Care has been taken to make things cute, but the room was dark and gloomy--see the rest of the review
Disliked: The hotel is brand new and misses lots of marks. There is no snack machine available to guests. (Staff kindly bought me something at their own lounge). The room was so dark--black ceiling in bathroom, one light dark walls--very hard to see what we were doing and though charmingly decorated, it had a dismal feel. The amenities appear high-end but the hair conditioner was awful and watery. No extras in the bathroom such as cotton balls or shower cap. There are many attentive people but that didn't really make up for the lack of some basics. NO pen in the room only a pencil?

Disliked: Lack of parking.

Liked: The theme was on point and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Hotel was very clean and accommodating and the staff were great! The only thing I would complain about is the noise. The walls are on the thinner side but it wasn't too bad.
