The location was not that great. The view outside of my window was the McDonalds drive thru. :(. But the staff was very pleasant.

Liked: The rooms and hallways were nice and clean.
Disliked: The landscape maintenance crew was very loud and too early in the morning and was unable to sleep.

With better breakfast, this could...

Liked: Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. AC was cold, once we turned it on.
Disliked: Breakfast was limited, having mostly cold foods. Did have a waffle station, but no other hot foods. No fan in the bathrooms.

Hotel was not very informative...

Liked: Staff was Fruendly and room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: We booked thus facility for the shuttle to the airport only to find out when we arrived they could not accommodate us with transportation . The hotel then booked us a taxi for our ride to the airport which never arrived so we had to drive ourselves last minute to catch our flight.

Liked: Good price if you're budget conscious.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk wasn't friendly at all. Her smile was more of a smirk. The card keys didn't work with entrance 1 and 2. We had to walk around to the front lobby each time we came back to the hotel. Then the snarky lady at the front desk blamed us for keeping the card keys next to anything electronic that's why it kept demagnetizing. I literally asked my young son, who doesn't own a phone, to put the card keys in his pocket. And we kept them in the closet, away from the TV and our cellphone but still got demagnetized. Later on, the snarky lady said, "Ohh, the outside entrance card readers can be iffy." Duuuh. Breakfast was so-so. The surrounding area had a lot of homeless, drugged elements. Pool towels had holes in them. Jacuzzi didn't work well.
