Bad

Disliked: Terrible check-in experience.When I arrived, the front desk told me my room had already been checked into — by someone with the same name. Ridiculous. They took me to the room and knocked, but no one answered. We had to go all the way back to the lobby.After a long delay and multiple phone calls, they finally gave me another room — but I had to pay again. They promised to refund the first charge, but I’ve received nothing so far.Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Liked: Amazing location and lot of trees around, very green in Spring.
Disliked: Everything was good

Great stay

Liked: Everything in our room was all new very modern.. very clean as well.
Disliked: The website says that the furniture was outdated but it is not

Not worth the price, but...

Liked: The location and updated bathroom was the only thing I liked about this property.
Disliked: Booking.com pictures must have been taken back in 2005. The swimming pool out front is inop. The whole inn needs some TLC. I think Governor House/Motel 6/Clarion must be owned by the same entity as the updates to the room was very similar.

Disliked: The tv turns itself on by Itself which woke us at 2am and 6am. When I raised this in the morning the receptionist just thanked me for telling him.The pool was unoperationalShower head was slightly brokenNo hairdryer in roomWe stayed in area and went across the road to the clarion inn which was a bit more but much better Beds very soft

Disappointing

Disliked: The property is nothing like advertised. Please see photos of pool area. Also the breakfast was shocking! Nothing there!
