Disliked: Terrible check-in experience.When I arrived, the front desk told me my room had already been checked into — by someone with the same name. Ridiculous. They took me to the room and knocked, but no one answered. We had to go all the way back to the lobby.After a long delay and multiple phone calls, they finally gave me another room — but I had to pay again. They promised to refund the first charge, but I’ve received nothing so far.Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
