Liked: We personally enjoyed it a lot. The accommodation was very good, and the bed was comfortable. The B&B is in a quiet location, less than 2 km from the center of Florence, so walking there was perfectly fine for us. It’s also surrounded by all the facilities you might need — in our case, some nice, non-touristy restaurants and cafés.But what really made the difference was Matteo, the owner. He’s an absolutely fantastic person who gave us all the tips to truly enjoy Florence. You can see he has a real passion for what he does and a lot of patience.Definitely recommended!

A Perfect Stay Made Even...

Liked: We had a great stay at this lovely and tidy room, located within walking distance from the historical center of Florence. The added bonus of on-site parking was really convenient, but what truly made this place stand out was the staff.From the moment we arrived, Matteo took the time to give us a detailed tour (complete with a map!) of what to see and what to avoid in Florence — including honest advice about tourist traps, local restaurants, museums, and hidden gems. His recommendations saved us time and made our visit much more enjoyable.He was also available via WhatsApp throughout our stay, always quick to respond and happy to help. He even assisted us in booking restaurant reservations for the evenings, which was a huge help in a busy city like Florence.We really appreciated the personal attention and care. The whole visit felt like we had a local friend guiding us. Highly recommend staying here if you're planning a visit to Florence.

Liked: Both Matteo and David were incredibly helpful hosts! Showing us some hotspots including lovely dinner recommendations. We stayed in the Studio room which was very comfortable and spacious! There is a bus stop about 2 minutes from the property which takes you directly to Firenze S.M.N station!

Liked: Great quiet location, but still in walking distance to downtown. Friendly host and very good communication.Parking right in the property for 12€ a day.Comfy beds.
Disliked: Breakfast a bit simple, I guess we expected a bit more because of the name „gourmet“ (simplest breakfast from our 6 different accommodations), but still tasty.Our room was right under the office and breakfast room, so you are awake by 7:30 because of the steps from above

What a beautiful city with...

Liked: Matteo is very helpful, He had an excellent introduction about museums, food and transport. and he was very patient with us, He also helped us to buy Firenzecards and made appointments for Uffiz and Accademia galleries! By the card we have managed to see 9 museums within 3 days. What a lovely host !!!
Disliked: A bit walking distance to the centre, but you can take buses nearby by
