Liked: The place would have been great if we could have stayed. The receptionist was fantastic , very helpful and pleasant and calming as she told us there was no reservation for us even though we had paid in full and booked in January . She helped us with one night so we could at least rest while searching desperately for other accommodation.
Disliked: The property was most suitable for our needs but booking.com took our money for 7 days rental but the booking was not secured. Booking.com have not responded to our request for a refund even though we cancelled our booking as suggested by the receptionist.

Disliked: Uncomfortable small double bed. Small ensuite.
